Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business strategies.
- Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- Help organize and execute company events and community outreach programs.
- Shadow senior employees to understand workflow processes and industry standards.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and CRM systems under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland office.
