What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications and digital marketing campaigns.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly sprint planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of code, processes, and project documentation.
- Client Interaction: Support senior staff in preparing client presentations and reports.
- Learning: Attend internal training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must be able to earn college credit for this internship; transcript verification required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or graphic design tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours during the summer months (June-August).
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from our office in Charlotte, NC.
