Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the business development and marketing departments.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and compile data into actionable reports.
- Support project management tasks and coordinate internal communications effectively.
- Attend weekly team meetings and take detailed minutes to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare professional presentations and marketing materials for internal stakeholders.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and organizational processes.
- Help organize and manage office inventory and general administrative support tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
