Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal presentations and reports.
- Support the Marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Participate in weekly mentorship sessions to enhance professional development and soft skills.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, files, and filing systems.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable transportation and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work full-time hours during the summer months (Monday through Friday).
