Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project support.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business decision-making.
- Attend weekly team meetings, take detailed notes, and assist with meeting preparation.
- Manage and update internal databases and filing systems with high accuracy.
- Create and edit basic presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to current projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for the full summer session (June through August).
