Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Shadow senior team members to learn industry best practices and workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
- Conduct research to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for weekly team reviews.
- Manage correspondence with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Freshman/Sophomore year preferred).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Omaha office.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
