Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily operations and data organization.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Support marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media engagement.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and project updates.
- Shadow department leads to understand various business functions.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa office.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn new skills.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
