Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating content and managing social media engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Learn and adapt to company software and internal processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University, or recently graduated.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Colorado Springs office.
