Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily operations, data entry, and filing.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support business strategy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide general support to department heads and fellow team members.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
- Shadow senior employees to understand operational workflows and company culture.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward training.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
