Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily office operations, filing, and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile data into organized spreadsheets and reports.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Coordinate with local vendors and community partners for event logistics.
- Learn and apply basic supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Monitor incoming shipments and assist in stock organization.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and develop professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable transportation to the New Orleans office.
- Ability to work flexible hours during the summer months.
