Responsibilities
- Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Assist in the coordination of internal summer events and team-building activities.
- Conduct market research and prepare summary reports for project managers.
- Respond to general inquiries from clients and partners via email and phone.
- Help maintain and organize digital filing systems and customer databases.
- Shadow senior staff members to understand business processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (High school seniors accepted).
- Must be available for the full summer duration (May - August).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
