Responsibilities
- Support weekend operational workflows including data entry and report generation
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects between departments
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic initiatives
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior preferred)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
