Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and product teams in the design, development, and testing of software applications and web platforms.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions to ensure code quality and project alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and data analysts, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Document code, architecture, and technical processes to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 required.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, efficient code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months and commit to the 12-week program.
