Responsibilities
- Assist the development team with coding and debugging tasks under close supervision.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support project planning.
- Maintain and update internal documentation, databases, and project logs.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss progress and roadblocks.
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools such as Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
- Support quality assurance (QA) testing and assist in gathering user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn new software systems.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
