Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications using modern frameworks
- Contribute to UX research and design sprints for new product features
- Support data analysis and reporting for performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Document technical processes and create user documentation
- Participate in weekly innovation hackathons and demo days
- Shadow senior engineers during code reviews and deployment processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (any major)
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, JavaScript, or Java)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 12-16 weeks between May-August 2024
