Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and analyze industry trends in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to update candidate profiles and track recruitment metrics.
- Support the technical support team by troubleshooting basic IT issues and maintaining documentation.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and networking sessions to represent the company brand.
- Prepare reports and summaries regarding recruitment activities and candidate feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of recruitment terminology, HR processes, and IT support fundamentals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Eager to learn new technologies, software tools, and recruitment methodologies quickly.
