We are looking for a motivated and eager Summer Intern to join our team in Colorado Springs. As an intern at Apex Digital Partners, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge SEO strategies and technical talent acquisition. You will work directly with our recruitment specialists and SEO analysts to support our client acquisition efforts and enhance our digital presence.
Responsibilities
- SEO Support: Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking performance metrics using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Talent Sourcing: Help identify and screen potential candidates for technical roles using Boolean search and job boards.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging social media posts and blog content to attract top talent.
- Admin Tasks: Maintain candidate databases and schedule interviews for our recruiters.
- Market Research: Analyze local Colorado Springs market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts (Title tags, Meta descriptions, Backlinks) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Available to work full-time during the summer months.
