Responsibilities
- Development & Support: Assist senior engineers in designing, coding, and testing software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Data Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, including API specs and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile development environment.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Research: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices relevant to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript; experience with SQL and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (cumulative or major).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time summer/fall schedule (minimum 12 weeks).
- Motivation: Demonstrated self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
