Responsibilities
- Contribute to Core Projects: Work alongside senior engineers and developers to design, test, and deploy software solutions that impact our clients globally.
- Collaborate in Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning, communicating effectively with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Code Optimization & Review: Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards are met.
- Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Client Support: Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing top-tier support for our internal and external clients.
- Learning & Mentorship: Attend technical workshops and receive mentorship from industry experts to accelerate your career development.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and familiarity with web development frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time summer schedule (40 hours/week) with the potential for extension into a full-time role.
