Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Team: Support daily technical operations, software testing, and hardware troubleshooting for remote and on-site employees.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data sets to identify trends and assist in the creation of insightful reports.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing software development and digital marketing initiatives under the supervision of senior staff.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, technical documentation, and meeting notes.
- User Support: Provide first-level technical support to internal staff regarding software applications and office systems.
- Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- College Credit: Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship position.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (30-40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
