Responsibilities
- Support Technical Operations: Assist the engineering and development teams with daily tasks, code reviews, and system maintenance.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market positioning to support the marketing department.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral under supervision.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to help optimize business processes and improve user engagement metrics.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, attend team meetings, and prepare presentation decks for weekly progress reports.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HTML/CSS or social media platforms is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35+ hours per week) during the summer months.
