Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with weekend system maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Support the execution of weekend marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Perform data entry and analysis to help optimize workflow processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and digital filing system.
- Monitor social media channels during weekend shifts for engagement and customer inquiries.
- Conduct research on industry trends to assist the content team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SEO principles is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
