Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to develop innovative software solutions.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and project reports.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Debug and optimize code to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Support the QA team in testing new features and identifying bugs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Frontend) or Python/Java (Backend).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new tools and methodologies.
