Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the IT team with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by conducting research, data entry, and coordinating documentation.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure business continuity.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve workflow efficiency.
- Training: Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with web technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
