Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with hardware installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the senior IT team.
- Update technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
