Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Participate in daily team meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Create engaging content for social media and internal newsletters.
- Support the planning and execution of internship programs and events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for technology, recruitment, or business operations.
- Availability for a full-time summer schedule (40 hours/week).
