Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the operations team in managing weekend projects and ensuring smooth daily workflows.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital records, databases, and customer information with high accuracy.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and execute local marketing events and weekend workshops.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients and visitors, providing excellent service and gathering feedback.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and compile reports to support our business strategy.
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist in software testing.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program (Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy.
