Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and execution of weekend marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and prepare weekly reports for the operations team.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries regarding our digital services.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing of client contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend project delivery.
- Attend weekly intern training sessions and team stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Eager to learn, adaptable to changing priorities, and possess a positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
