Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the operations manager in executing weekend workflows and ensuring all departmental goals are met.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases by performing regular data entry and verification tasks.
- Customer Interaction: Handle basic customer inquiries and provide exceptional support during peak weekend hours.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and report progress.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials and social media content for weekend campaigns.
- Office Management: Ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
