Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams on weekend projects in software development, QA, or UX design
- Collaborate on agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Conduct user research and analyze data for product improvements
- Document technical specifications and create user documentation
- Participate in virtual stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Assist in A/B testing and performance optimization tasks
- Present findings to stakeholders during weekend sync meetings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Git, Python, or JavaScript preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) 8am-4pm PT
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
