Responsibilities
- Assist with software development cycles including testing, debugging, and documentation
- Support data analysis initiatives using Python and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend sprint reviews
- Contribute to UX research through user testing sessions
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Help maintain project documentation and knowledge bases
- Shadow senior engineers during critical deployment windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- Basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (7 AM - 4 PM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 16-20 hours per weekend throughout summer
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2 days remote/1 day onsite)
