Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data entry and system maintenance on weekends.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies immediately.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare weekend campaign materials.
- Conduct research on emerging tech trends to support internal presentations.
- Provide customer support for weekend clients via phone and email.
- Participate in weekly intern development workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of web development or SEO principles is a plus.
