Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting and resolving client issues during weekend shifts.
- Participate in the maintenance and monitoring of internal systems and databases.
- Collaborate with the development team to test new software features and identify bugs.
- Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our industry and present findings to the team.
- Support the sales and marketing departments with data entry and analytics tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic programming languages.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously on weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
