Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and report potential security vulnerabilities to the senior engineering team.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records for client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline weekend operational workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders via helpdesk ticketing systems.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (for first-year students).
