Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide tier-2 technical assistance and troubleshooting for weekend client issues and system maintenance tasks.
- Code Review & Debugging: Assist the development team in reviewing code snippets and identifying bugs during weekend sprint cycles.
- Data Management: Help maintain and update local databases and documentation systems to ensure data integrity.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for weekend client inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks during weekend shifts and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and ad-hoc weekend campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field).
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) for the Summer/Fall 2023 term.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic database concepts (SQL).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and think critically under pressure.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and professional conduct.
