Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift tasks including data analysis, testing, and documentation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables and innovation initiatives
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) during weekend rotations
- Contribute to weekend system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Develop and maintain project documentation using industry-standard tools
- Support weekend user testing sessions and feedback collection processes
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance standards during all shift activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (sophomore/junior/senior preferred)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-hour shifts)
- Basic proficiency in Python/SQL and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
