Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot system outages and implement security protocols
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams on DevOps projects
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery tests
- Support cloud migration initiatives using AWS/Azure
- Participate in agile sprint retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for 20-30 hours/week (Summer/Fall start)
- Valid driver's license (required for on-call rotation)
