Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Support customer service inquiries and provide timely resolutions during weekend shifts.
- Update and maintain internal databases and project management tools.
- Prepare materials and organize logistics for weekend events.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (High school seniors welcome).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service and business operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
