This is a unique opportunity to earn College Credit while working in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to support daily operations, ensuring our services run smoothly even on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and organization of operational workflows.
- Support customer service initiatives and handle inquiries during peak weekend hours.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Shadow senior staff members to understand industry best practices and business operations.
- Participate in weekend training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend events or special projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must obtain approval from your academic advisor for college credit participation.
