Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend logistics operations and inventory management.
- Monitor and report on daily performance metrics and operational bottlenecks.
- Support the technical team in troubleshooting basic software issues and hardware maintenance.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records of client interactions and shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
