Responsibilities
- Assist the technical operations team in maintaining and updating software systems and databases during weekend shifts.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support weekly business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new software features and updates.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and user guides accurately.
- Monitor system performance metrics and report anomalies to senior staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
