Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with weekend system maintenance and data entry.
- Support customer service inquiries via phone and email during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct basic research and compile weekly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members on weekend project deliverables.
- Attend weekly intern training sessions and team meetings.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (IT, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
