Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Conduct research and compile reports on market trends relevant to our projects.
- Greet visitors and handle general inquiries to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to execute weekend events and projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
