Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations through system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks using Excel and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and standup meetings
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends
- Support QA testing and bug resolution cycles
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Experience with version control systems (Git) preferred
- Must start between June 2024 and October 2024
