Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in preparing weekend reports and analyzing operational data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend marketing campaigns and events.
- Maintain and organize digital archives and client databases with high attention to detail.
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis reports during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshoot basic technical inquiries.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Completion of at least 1 year of college coursework.
