Responsibilities
- Assist the software development team in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high-quality performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to understand project requirements.
- Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve our tech stack.
- Create technical documentation and user guides as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship program.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
