Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with daily technical operations and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage and organize digital records, databases, and documentation systems with high accuracy.
- Respond to internal support tickets and customer inquiries during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct market research and prepare summaries to support ongoing sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (High School Diploma or GED required).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
