Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Provide direct customer support and assistance to visitors and clients during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization and restocking of retail or supply areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare materials for weekend community events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Handle incoming communications, emails, and phone inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn operational procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the summer duration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
