Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues and software queries for weekend operations.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain critical project data and customer records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the core weekday team via Slack and email.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing software testing and QA processes.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise reports on daily tasks and findings.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate and prepare materials for weekend client events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer session.
- Academic Status: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
