Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with data entry and market research.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and document preparation.
- Learn and utilize company CRM software and productivity tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred).
- Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Charlotte office.
